How sweet is to remember your childhood, exploring, giggling, admiring the small flowers on the lawn, just the small things we as an adult overlook.  I simply adore being able to see the world through the eyes of a child, each session is such a gift.   These three cuties were so sweet and kind ,they are so lucky to have one another because they will be forever friends.

Wow, A recent session:)   The weather has been so nice this spring that outdoor photography has started a little earlier.   A lot of my posts are from sessions that took place during the fall months, which is my busiest time.  As I play catch up, I still like to post the beautiful families I have been so blessed to photograph.   However, Miss Tanner, I get to photograph in all seasons, this was her one year old session.  She and her mom, Tabitha are one of my adorable regular clients!!

This was from the Perry Family’s fall session.  They also incorporated their cousins for a group kid photograph for the grandparents as a gift. It’s not often that six children will behave so perfectly for a session, but they were the best to work with.

Baby Gap model perhaps?  Ella was complete smiles through our entire session.   At 9 months, she has this much personality, I can’t imagine when she’s 3.  Her brother Copper is just as cute, but our focus this session was on Ella….thanks Stacy for a great morning, Ella was the greatest!

How cute is Brooks?  I am new to the “studio like” world of photography.  I am adding new backgrounds monthly and this is one of my first few sessions with backdrops.  It works the same, I need natural light but at least temperature is not a factor!  We shoot indoors on your kitchen or dining room floor, in your garage or even in your screened in patio.  It takes a few minutes to set up but I think the familiar environment of your home helps with the more natural feel of our session!

The Pelton Family met me at the Anchorage Walking Trail and it was a beautiful fall day.  Lauren, is  a natural in front of the camera…..is cosmo in her future?  Melissa is one my childhood best friends.  We always try to get together once a month for lunch or breakfast, in the face paced busy world that we all live in, it’s so great to take some time to enjoy friends!

The Steven’s kiddos are always  so much fun to photograph. I am lucky enough to photograph them at least once or twice a year.  They are both beautiful and with so much personality!
